​​​JULIE Status

As of March 14th 2003, the Kane County Division of Transportation (KDOT) is a member of the JULIE One-Call System. JULIE has designated our customer code as “KCDTOA". When you call JULIE for a location request, JULIE determines if KDOT needs to be notified, and if the location of the dig may impact KDOT's utilities.  If KDOT is notified by JULIE of a location request, KDOT will respond to the request internally using an application called Diglet (see www.diglet.net).   

Please note that JULIE does not require a notification back to initiators of the location request unless the requester specifically states so in the Call Back field when making the request.​
