Public Information Meeting #2 November 17, 2021 | 6:00 PM – 7:30PM
KDOT will hold a second virtual public information meeting concerning the proposed improvement concepts for the Randall Road at US 20 interchange on November 17. All those interested in learning about and providing feedback on the proposed improvements are invited to participate in the virtual meeting. Participants will be able to join the live meeting via the online virtual platform, Zoom at tinyurl.com/RandallUS20PM2 or via phone at 312-626-6799.
KDOT and the Randall Road at US 20 study team will host a live presentation at 6:00PM to provide project updates since the first virtual public meeting including purpose and need, draft project improvements and next steps. Public comments and questions will be accepted and addressed by KDOT and the study team during the meeting.
Public questions and comments can also be submitted both before and after the meeting until Wednesday, December 1, 2021, by contacting Kristen Robinson, Randall Road at US 20 Outreach Liaison, at email@example.com or 630-534-6400 ext. 108.
The presentation will be posted on this page and available for review before the virtual public information meeting. A hard copy of meeting materials will also be available for pick up prior to the meeting from Monday, November 15 – Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at the following locations:

Attendees are encouraged to provide comments during or after the public meeting. Comments must be received by November 5, 2021 to be included in the official meeting documentation.

Effective August 3, 2021, masks are required for entry to all Kane County Division of Transportation buildings. This policy will continue until further notice. The vestibule of the administration building (Building A) remains open for deliveries and drop off of checks, applications and correspondence from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.

KDOT adminstrative offices are open to the public from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Appointments and walk in visitors can access the building during those hours. The front vestibule will be open for deliveries and payments without entering the building. Masks are required for entry into the building.
We continue to encourage electronic submittals of correspondence, invoices, permit applications and any other materials to ensure prompt processing. Bids and letting continue as scheduled.
